Today, at the premises of KJKP Rad Sarajevo, a handover ceremony was held for branded containers for glass packaging, as well as bags for glass packaging intended for use during the Sarajevo Film Festival.

In ordedr to facilitate more efficient glass packaging collection Ekopak, the leading PRO in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ekopak has procured and handed over 30 branded containers to KJKP Rad Sarajevo.

These containers will significantly enhance the recycling process in Sarajevo by enabling the proper disposal of glass packaging.

Additionally, as part of the preparations for the Sarajevo Film Festival, Ekopak has provided special bags for glass packaging. These bags will be used during the festival, allowing for a larger quantity of packaging waste to be separated and prepared for recycling, reducing the amount that ends up in the Smiljevići landfill.

This activity represents another step towards the development of the recycling system and contributes to raising public awareness of the importance of recycling packaging waste and preserving the environment.
