Ekopak has taken over a substantial amount of various types of packaging waste from KJKP Rad Sarajevo. This collaboration represents a significant step towards improving the packaging waste management system in the Sarajevo Canton area.

The quantity of packaging waste that Ekopak has received from KJKP Rad Sarajevo is significantly higher compared to previous deliveries. This fact certainly indicates that the packaging waste management system is gradually but effectively developing in the Sarajevo Canton. This is of paramount importance for the development of packaging waste recycling systems in the Sarajevo Canton and for reducing the amount of municipal waste deposited in the Smiljevići landfill.
