Ekopak, as the first and leading operator for the packaging waste management system in Bosnia and Herzegovina, has been actively working on investing in the development of packaging waste recycling system in the FBiH since its establishment.

Thanks to the co-financing of Ekopak, our long-term partner in the collection of packaging waste in Herzegovina, company Duga d.o.o. from Široki Brijeg, acquired a special truck for transporting containers with all accompanying elements.

Duga d.o.o. is our important collector of packaging waste and we have been cooperating since the very beginning of operational work. This company collects, prepares and transports significant amounts of packaging waste from a large part of Herzegovina (from Široki Brijeg to Neum) for recycling on behalf of Ekopak. The acquisition of this vehicle will enable more efficient work, bearing in mind that Duga d.o.o. installed a significant number of press containers throughout the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
