Educating citizens, primarily children and young people on the importance of selective waste disposal and recycling is one of Ekopak's strategic goals. Therefore, we are very pleased when proposals and projects for the promotion of recycling arrive at our address from students and their schools.

This time, we were approached by Tarik Gušić, a student of the Second Grammar School ''Druga gimnazija'' in Sarajevo, who designed a project for the selective waste collection and recycling of PET packaging at his school.

We gladly responded to his call and in cooperation with ''Druga gimnazija'', in the period from 28.01. until 07.02 2020, will set up three sets of bins for selective waste disposal at the school premises and organize transportation of collected waste for recycling.

We hope that this example will encourage other schools and students to participate in development of recycling system in BiH with our coordination and as a joint effort.
