One of the important aims for Ekopak is to educate children and young people in order to acquire high standards in their treatment of recycling package material waste and enviromental protection in general. That is why Ekopak supports for years every initiative, all projects and actions, which young people organize and which have the same aim.

One of those initiatives came from students and professors from High school for enviroment and wood design.

Namely, the students of this school prepare for local competition - ‘’I, the citizen’’, and during preparation they visited Ekopak in order to educate themselves more about package material recycling. In order to prepare them in the most affective way, and to present the problem they have detected in our surrounding, the director of Ekopak Amela Hrbat presented them useful information about waste problem and how it is being solved in Sarajevan canton and entire Federation of BiH.  

Also, students have met with a system of recycling as well as with a role of Ekopak as the first licenced system operator in establishment of entire system of recycling package material in BiH.
