The first ecological festival "Gotiva" was held from 3rd to 5th July at the popular resort Smetovi near Zenica. As an official partner, Ekopak helped arranging the site before the festival by organizing cleaning action, informing visitors about the importance of recycling during the festival and enabling separate packaging waste disposal.

This is the first festival of this type that has attracted many artists from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region and was attended by about 400 visitors. Ekopak reportage was presented at the opening of the festival, while the second day visitors learned about organic food and attended a creative workshop with Yanrn bombing team. Young artists and visitors have enjoyed the beautiful mountain area near Zenica and it is planed that the festival will be held in the coming years.
