ECO EXPO is International Fair of Energy and Environmental Protection that was held in Belgrade on 19th and 20th March 2015 for the 5th time. ECO EXPO is the most prestigious trade fair of its type in the region and it brings together entrepreneurs, professionals and exhibitors from Serbia, the region, and exhibitors from around the world.

Ekopak attended the Fair in partnership with the Chamber of Economy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism.

The conference "Circular Economy and Waste Management" at the Fair ECO EXPO dealt with the topics related to economic sustainability and the promotion of circular economy, in terms of responsible legislation and institutional arrangement that provides security for investors and business ventures.

The event was attended by representatives of authorized operator Sekopak from Serbia. Sekopak, as well as Ekopak, is a member of PRO EUROPE from Brussels, European umbrella organization system operator for managing packaging waste. Representatives of Sekopak shared their experiences in setting up a system with Ekopak, which uses the best experiences and also practices from other member states of PRO EUROPE.
