In the period from 23 to 25 May 2014 in the organisation of Eco-association ,,Gorsko oko'' successfully implemented project Days of the Boračko Lake''.

As part of the event was held cleaning and decorating of the coast and coastal area of the Boračko Lake with the participation of more than 150 volunteers (high school students, college students, eco-activists and other nature lovers from across the country, sports professionals and others who support the preservation of the natural beauty of Bosnia and Herzegovina). With the help of divers diving club "Bosna" large amounts of underwater waste was collected.

In addition, marked the opening of the summer season at Boračko Lake, and held a two-days roundtable „Tourism and Ecology ", Eco workshops and Eco Camp.

Organizers are hoping that Boračko lake will be declared a protected area in the future.
